Start with one of our River City Custom Homes custom floorplans and customize to your liking, or bring your own plans and ideas and we’ll help you nail down the details.
Selections
Our team and select vendors can assist you in choosing all the finishes for your home through our BuilderTrend app, which ensures everyone is in the loop.
Build Phase
Stay connected and track the progress of your home from anywhere using the Buildertrend app. Want to visit in person? We’re happy to set up a site visit.
Home Orientation
We complete three walkthroughs with you to make sure you are happy, comfortable and informed about every aspect of your new home before closing.
Warranty
Your home comes with a one-year warranty, which you can easily submit claims for through the Buildertrend app.
Long-Lasting Quality
