Logan discovered her passion for design and construction after renovating her first home. With a background in remodeling, and experience in flooring, tile, & cabinetry, she is well-versed in all aspects of construction and home design. From the beginning stages to the finish of your home, Logan is dedicated to making the homebuilding process smooth and enjoyable for each client’s unique style.

Alex's passion for creativity and design was shaped early on by her family’s roots in residential construction. She refined that passion through a degree in Residential Environment and Design at Virginia Tech and has spent the past four years with a semi-production builder, gaining comprehensive knowledge of products and construction processes. Now, she’s eager to bring that experience to the custom home building industry, where she looks forward to guiding clients through the selections process and helping transform their vision into reality.

Darrell has always been involved in some fashion of construction throughout his life with helping his father and grandfather with remodels or repairs to eventually changing floor plans of homes that he was having built. He has been drafting residential homes professionally since 2007. He takes pride in each and every one of the homes he designs as if he was building the house for himself.

With a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Virginia Tech, Colin brings 10 years of experience and a proven track record to his role as Superintendent. His hands-on experience, combined with a deep understanding of our processes, enables him to manage projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Colin is committed to ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget, and he’s proud to be part of the River City team, helping to deliver dream homes for our clients.

Stephanie started her accounting profession in the auto industry in 2007 while earning a BS in Accounting. She performed as a financial controller for 4 years before moving into the custom home industry where she enjoys the River City team’s family atmosphere.

Danny was born into 3 generations of home builders and land developers and grew up in the construction industry. After graduating JMU in 2007, he found his true passion - custom home building and design. He started River City Custom Homes in 2013 and turned his passion into a profession.

After earning a BA in Theatre from the University of Richmond and her MBA from Virginia Tech, Katie spent 10 years as a management consultant. In her consulting career, she specialized in Strategic Communications and Business Reengineering and now brings that expertise to River City Custom Homes.
