  • Darrell has always been involved in some fashion of construction throughout his life with helping his father and grandfather with remodels or repairs to eventually changing floor plans of homes that he was having built. He has been drafting residential homes professionally since 2007. He takes pride in each and every one of the homes he designs as if he was building the house for himself.

  • Danny was born into 3 generations of home builders and land developers and grew up in the construction industry. After graduating JMU in 2007, he found his true passion - custom home building and design. He started River City Custom Homes in 2013 and turned his passion into a profession.

  • After earning a BA in Theatre from the University of Richmond and her MBA from Virginia Tech, Katie spent 10 years as a management consultant.
